deposit 100% or 50% of two or more nights on all reservations
- CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $25.00 processing fee per room for all cancellations.If you book more than 1 room for more than 2 nights there will be a $25. per room per night charged for the cancellation. If you must cancel less than two weeks away for ANY reason you may be charged for any night we cannot rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since we are a small inn, and we count on every reservation, we must schedule arrivals and departures carefully.
