The surroundings will transport you to the historical period of the original owner, Vernon D. Price, a Louisville businessman and co-founder of Price and Lucas Vinegar Manufacturing Company, Price was an important business leader during the mid nineteenth century.
The architecture of original construction and important detailing is still visible today in the splendid front porch ceiling, magnificent stained glass windows, oak woodwork, and the intricately hammered brass hardware of the home.
Central Park Bed & Breakfast has a total of 18 rooms and 11 fireplaces. The 7 guestrooms are decorated with period antiques and furnishings, yet contain many modern comforts.
